Professional development is an integral part of the counseling profession.  Giving the importance of such development, it is imperative the learning process continues outside of the supervision process.

As a means to continuing engaging you, the supervisee/trainee in the supervision learning process, you will be required to register and be an active participant in the U Matter Consulting and Counseling, LLC Supervision Group Board, which can be found at http://umatterclinicalsupervision.grouploop.com

Once engaged in supervision, you will be provided access to your respective supervision group.  Within your respective supervision group, you will have complete access to all learning material provided during supervision, to include: reading materials, power-points, and activities.  You will also be able to engage in general discussion focused on the continued professional development of you and your counterparts as culturally competent clinicians.
