“For Such A Time As This”….. Esther 4:14

Who knew, as the world became reacquainted with the ills of racism and police brutality during this year, that I would find myself being featured of several panels focused on Racism and Mental Health.

I sure did not but am a firm believer that GOD has an assignment for us all and gifts us with opportunities to optimize our Purpose!

November 11, 2020 I received an unexpected opportunity and invitation to be a Racism and Mental Health Panelist, along with Dr. Shon Smith and Dr. Cecilia Butler Guyton, during the Virginia Counseling Association Live AntiRacism and Diversity Task Force Panel.

On November 13, 2020 at 7pm, our panel discussed Racism and Mental Health with almost 60 Virginia Counseling Association Convention Attendees.

I’m am truly HUMBLED and Blessed to be a part of such an important and much needed conversation, especially in the current times of our world.
