Within the 2022 Winter Edition of Black Mental Health Today magazine, Dr. Karla was featured in the article “The Warriors Among Us” written by Dartinia Hull, which focused on the ways in which Black mental health professional are balancing/blending their roles as trauma-informed and social justice-informed counseling professionals.
